Application

The KJ-6034 probe method initial adhesion tester features a compact and exquisite structure, utilizing imported sensors and motors. It is primarily used for testing initial adhesion of various tapes, adhesive classes, and other products. This instrument meets ASTM D2979 standards and is suitable for research institutions, adhesive import/export enterprises, and inspection/quarantine institutions.

Testing Principle

The probe method initial adhesion instrument brings the probe and test sample into contact at a fixed speed. After one second of stagnation, the instrument automatically reverses and separates from the test plate at a constant speed. The maximum force generated during separation is recorded as the initial adhesion value of the test sample.
